About Our Client:

Our client is one of the largest sellers/distributors of plumbing materials, heating, electricity, and industrial supplies in Quebec. As a true Quebec flagship company, they stand out for their innovation and commitment to operational excellence. As part of a strategic project, they are looking for an experienced CRM Business Analyst to guide the organization in selecting and implementing an optimal CRM solution for their group.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with the company’s 16 divisions to understand their processes, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Requirements Analysis: Identify and document functional and technical CRM needs, considering each division's specificities.
  • Solution Evaluation: Research, analyze, and compare the best CRM solutions available on the market, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or other relevant platforms.
  • Strategic Recommendation: Propose a CRM solution tailored to the company’s current and future needs, including a cost-benefit analysis.
  • Documentation & Communication: Prepare clear and detailed deliverables for stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, business leaders, and project managers to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Project Monitoring: Maintain rigorous tracking of key project milestones, provide regular updates, and participate in coordination meetings.


Profile Sought:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or CRM consulting.
  • Proven expertise in CRM implementation or evaluation projects, ideally in a multi-site or complex environment.
  • Knowledge of business processes related to distribution, logistics, or supply chain is a strong asset.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and presentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex environments.
  • Mandatory bilingualism (French & English, written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.


Conditions:

  • 6-month contract with potential extension based on project results and needs.
  • Office presence required 1–2 days per week in East Montreal.
  • Market-rate compensation.
